Ripen plantains about a week before cooking. Slice into 1/2 inch slices.
Fill pot 1 inch deep with oil (canola or vegetable) Heat on medium heat.
I'm a SAHM to 2 beautiful little kids, and I LOVE to cook and bake anything really, I love trying new recipes, even if they're not for my level. I have dreams of one day becoming a Registered Dietician.
